All closets and pantries have custom made Birch shelving packages. The master bath features a custom tile shower with frameless heavy glass shower door. The back deck and screened porch have stainless steel cable rails capped with Ipe Handrails providing unobstructed views of Bogue Sound. The exterior has board and batten siding on the ground floor with lap siding above, then a 32 gauge standing seam metal roof.
